Systems that do
the busywork.

We build and run the systems behind your orders, invoices and stock. They catch their own mistakes and ask for a person when they need one.

About 650 jobs a day get done without anyone touching them. We build for a watersports manufacturer, an estate agency and a supplements brand.

The shape of every system we build

  1. 01a trigger an order, an invoice, a due date
  2. 02read your systems of record
  3. 03normalise one shape
  4. 04decide rules, or a model
  5. 05act written back where the work lives
  6. Anything it cannot verify waits for a person.

Questions

Questions we get.

If yours is not here, ask at the bottom.

Both. In our experience most jobs need less AI than people expect. A model earns its place when something has to be read or judged. The rest is usually a workflow, which is cheaper to run and easier to trust.

On our servers, so you do not have to look after anything. If you would rather it ran inside your own infrastructure, just say so on the first call.

You get the workflows and the documentation. They are standard n8n, so any developer can pick them up.

They go in the credential store, never in a workflow field. Each automation reaches the one thing it needs and nothing else, and every run is logged. Happy to walk your IT people through it.

A written plan for one automation: the task, the systems it touches, what done means, and what it costs to run. It is free, and you are welcome to build it yourself.

Usually, yes. n8n covers hundreds of tools, and we write connectors when it does not — the shipping work below talks to carrier APIs directly. The plan checks it before you commit to anything.

That is fine. Some clients take the plan and build it in house.
